Marco Rivera started Rivera Plumbing Co. in 2009 after a decade working for commercial plumbing contractors across Arizona. He saw firsthand how often homeowners were overcharged, kept in the dark, or left with shoddy repairs — and he set out to build something different.
From the very first job, Rivera Plumbing committed to three things: showing up on time, explaining the problem in plain English, and charging a fair price. Word spread quickly through the Phoenix metro, and within three years the company grew from a one-truck operation to a full crew handling hundreds of service calls a year.
Today, with over 2,000 completed jobs and a reputation built almost entirely on referrals, Rivera Plumbing remains a family operation at heart. Marco still leads complex jobs personally, Elena keeps the office running smoothly, and Carlos Mendez brings the same dedication to every service call he handles.

Owner & Master Plumber
Marco founded Rivera Plumbing Co. in 2009 after 10 years working for commercial plumbing contractors across Arizona. He holds a Master Plumber license and personally oversees complex jobs to ensure every project meets his exacting standards.
Office Manager
Elena is the organizational backbone of Rivera Plumbing. She handles scheduling, estimates, permits, and customer follow-ups — ensuring every client has a smooth experience from the first call to the final walkthrough.
Journeyman Plumber
Carlos joined Rivera Plumbing in 2015 and has handled hundreds of service calls and installation projects across the Phoenix metro. He specializes in drain cleaning, water heater installation, and emergency response.
