CEO & Founder
Sofia founded Keyvana in 2016 after a decade in Chicago commercial real estate. She holds a broker license and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School. Under her leadership, Keyvana has grown to manage 1,200+ units across 85 properties.
Marcus Webb
Director of Operations
Marcus oversees day-to-day operations, vendor relationships, and team performance across all managed properties. With 12 years in property operations, he has built the maintenance network that delivers Keyvana's industry-leading 24-hour response time.
Priya Sharma
Tenant Relations Manager
Priya leads tenant screening, placement, and satisfaction initiatives. Her background in hospitality brings a service-first mindset to tenant relations, resulting in Keyvana's 78% lease renewal rate — nearly double the Chicago market average.

Maintenance Coordinator
